Firmoo not only has great glasses that are well made and on-trend, but they have them at the fraction of the cost you'll pay at the optometrist's office. Their customer service is prompt and helpful as well. I will only ever buy my glasses from here.

Wir haben im Juli zum erste Mal bei Firmoo bestellt und waren von der Qualität und Auftragsausführung so begeistert, dass wir inzwischen schon mehrmals bestellt haben. Bei der ersten Brille haben wir uns bewusst für die günstigste Variante entschieden. 12 Euro inkl Lieferung. Wir haben inzwischen sogar schon eine Gleitsichtbrille erhalten. Nun kam am 18.09.21 von TNT Fedex eine Zollrechnung für die 12 Euro Brille in Höhe von 28,67 Euro. Was soll das, müssen wir das bezahlen? Wer hat Erfahrungen?

I can not say enough! The website is easy to navigate, the quality is great and sturdy. My package came on time and in excellent condition, well packed! I always end up using them over any site because they always have some great sales goin, great frame options that have low starting prices even with out the sales. I can get many prescription glasses and sunglasses for the price i used to get for one!!!! they last me just as long as the others if not longer tbh. i always get complements with the glasses from here too. More then anything i have to say i love their attention to detail, fr their customer service is so amazing. i received a text putting about them putting my order temporarily on hold and i called, the person was calm and kind. the hold was because i had forgot to change just one of the pupillary distances of the four pairs i bought from my old one to the new. i have dyslexia so you see i hadn't picked up on it in the slightest even after checking them multiple times over because the same numbers where included in different order from my old one. i know that seems small to some but only hours after submitting my order of four glasses someone actually noticed one little mistake on my part and actually brought it to my attention to make sure if it was an error or not instead of just putting it through and makin it. idk this is the type of thing that makes me feel one has gone above and beyond with details of work. for someone like me it really means the world and makes me feel all the more happy i keep being a loyal customer. i regularly share the site with any glasses wearers i run into and talk up tbh haha. i recommend 10/10
