The service was excellent and whenever I queried something, I always found someone in the chat section who went beyond his way and helped me. And the ordered spectacles were as I wished...thank you all!!! Service top notch!!! I recommend this to others!

I received a notification that there was an issue with my order and it was put on hold. I contacted Irish via the 24/7 chat and they were excellent in helping me resolve the problem. They were very patient and very efficient and kind as we worked it out. I would give 10 stars if I could just for the customer service experience. Will absolutely recommend!

I ordered and recieved a pair of prescription glasses and unfortunately they kept sliding down my nose or off my face entirely. I emailed the company on Friday to which I recieved a automatic response right away with a follow up email on saturday detailing how to best select my frames. They provided a coupon code so that I can select a better fitting pair at the same value of the original frames. Although I have not completed this step Im sharing my experience up to this point because Im satisfied with how long it takes to recieve your glasses and quick customer service. I feel comfortable recommending Firmoo now. *Update I received my exchange or replacement prescription glasses and the fit is perfect! Ordered on October 18th and they arrived October 28th. Very good customer service, quality glasses, accurate prescriptions and fast shipping! I highly recommend them!
