Very good quality

I cannot fault this website. First of all I ordered the wrong pair of glasses so I went on live chat the advisor refunded me right away and gave me a code to get 2 for 1 on the next order I put in. Today my glasses came and one pair was far to big for my face, I went on live chat again and the lady was amazing, she gave me a voucher to the amount my glasses came to to spend on the website to get a new pair & gave me a website to donate the pair that doesn’t fit to. Absolutely outstanding service and will be telling all my friends to shop here!

I was completely shocked by how good the glasses were!! I ordered two pairs as it was BOGOF, had very low expectations which were exceeded in every way. The lens are sturdy, my prescription is spot on with no errors, and the frames are definitely built to last and look exactly as described. It took 11 days from when I placed my order to receive the parcel (I live in the UK). My only issue is the metal above the nose is a little high compared to the plastic bits that sit on the nose, so the metal looks like it’s floating, would have preferred it on the top of my nose but the glasses, prices, and service quality was amazing. 10/10 would recommend

My feature request took a couple emails to confirm however the responses were very prompt so it wasn’t any hassle. Very accommodating and a friendly experience. Staff wanted to make sure I knew my options and could make a suitable choice, and were very communicative

I experienced the utmost positive customer service encounter with Karen. She was courteous, understanding, and offered two resolutions to my issue. Once my choice was made, she expedited the process.
