Quick and accurate delivery of great glasses.

Made an error during my recent purchase. Firmoo's customer service reps were quite understanding and accommodating.

Firmoo has great customer service. They really made an effort to get to the bottom of my issue and helped me understand why the issue happened and how to prevent it going forward. I have ordered 6 pairs of glasses and only had trouble with one pair. Very pleased with this company and their willingness to make things right.

I had to return my glasses because the frame was too big for me and the service got back to me really fast and they are very nice.

When I received the glasses I ordered, I didn't really like the way they looked on me. I contacted customer support hoping for some kind of store credit for a return, and they replaced the glasses at no charge. Karen was friendly and personable, and quick at answering emails. I had my new glasses ordered within two business days of the first contact. I will definitely be returning to Firmoo for any future orders.

Had ongoing shipping issues, customer service was quick to respond to my messages, offered a refund for shipping, and twice organised for my package to be redelivered to me without me having to do anything at all! very helpful and efficient, and very friendly.

Ich war wirklich unsicher ob ich Online eine Brille bestellen soll. Bin aber dann super positiv überrascht worden. Die Brille passt Perfekt, ich habe eine Gleitsichtbrille bestellt mit den Premium Gläsern, Premium Beschichtung und dünnes Glas ich muss sagen ich bin wirklich zufrieden. Die Stärke stimmt, die Brille ist leicht und trägt sich komfortabel.

I ordered Eyeframes that were too big. Could have been my fault. However, the customer service was not only scary fast but beyond fair. I've ordered about 3 pairs in the past and sure I will be ordering more in the future. Cheers!
