I absolutely love this company and I recommend it to everyone! Their shipping is within a reasonable amount of time and the quality of their glasses are amazing when compared to other overpriced eyeglasses stores. I also had a problem with a second pair of glasses I bought from them and they gave me refund/exchange within 1-2 days! Super satisfied with my experience and will be buying all my eyeglasses from this company from now on!

I frequently buy glasses online, and Firmoo caught my eye this time because they carried some pretty unique frames. I purchased 2 pairs, which came in the expected timeframe. The frames themselves were very good quality, but the lenses much thicker than what I was used to (even with my high rx). I wasn't sure how customer service would be, but decided to reach out and was amazed. Karen responded promptly and was very courteous, and we were able to come to a resolution quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase from Firmoo again based off of this experience.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses , one pair being sunglasses with my prescription, I found it very easy to be able to fill in all my details , I had originally ordered a pair of prescription glasses from else where which feel like they’re actually kids glasses , delivery is great arrived way before they were meant to be , when trying both pairs on they fit perfectly , will definitely be recommending Firmoo to family and friends will definitely be purchasing from here again

I often have a hard time finding a good pair that is the size and style I like so when I saw the Firmoo ads on social media my interest was piqued and I am SO glad I purchased from them - LOVE their products and have told all my friends and family about them! Their glasses are good quality, the pricing is unbeatable, and their customer service? Top tier. They are nice, quick with response, and very helpful. I appreciate their 'virtual try-on' feature too and any and all issues with their glasses they are quick to rectify. 10/10 recommend!

My order arrived very late and the South African courier, Churchill's was not contactable. All their phone lines were not working. I had yo do many calls to resolve it. I was refunded fully and I feel this is fair considering the time and resources spent following-up on my order.
