I've been using this website again and again for years, and it is easily the best experience I have had with any optician. My favourite feature is being able to save your prescription - a lifesaver when I lost my glasses whilst travelling and couldn't get an optician's appointment. Their products are great, they're prices are fantastic, and the information they provide just keeps getting better and better! Thoroughly well deserved 5-star review, I would give them 100 out of 5 if I could :)

OCCHIALI PERFETTI. Ho preso un paio di occhiali graduati con lenti Transitions (mi è arrivato anche certificato di autenticità ) ho scelto le lenti più sottili e con miglior trattamento, che dire, ho speso 147€ per un paio di occhiali che in negozio avrei pagato minimo 400€. Perfetti, bellissimi, leggerissimi, sono molto contenta e consiglio l'acquisto.

Non avevo mai ordinato occhiali su questo sito, leggendo le recensioni mi sono convinta. Non potevo fare scelta migliore, sono appena arrivati(circa 15 giorni) e sono bellissimi. A breve rifarò un altro ordine. Lo consiglio a tutti!!!!

The prescription from my doctor was written illegibly and the company contacted me prior to starting the glasses to confirm. After we sorted out the sloppy handing writing they processed the order immediately. Great quality customer service. Looking forward to wearing my glasses!

I ordered 4 pairs of glasses from Firmoo. Love the glasses, prescription was right on target, customer service was excellent. Will definitely be purchasing more and would highly recommend. Have received lots of compliments on the glasses.
