WOW! Adorable glasses, fast shipping. So much nicer than I would have ever thought possible at this price point. This was my second purchase from Firmoo, and I was as in love with the first, as I was with the second. This is the only place that I will purchase glasses from. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

I used their online face tracking app to try on my glasses before buying, but unfortunately when they arrived they were considerably bigger than they appeared in the app. It's most likely my fault for not putting in the correct pupil distance or some other metric, but when I emailed to explain my situation they offered me a full refund AND didn't require me to send them back. Shame about the poor fit, but very happy customer experience.

I've used this website twice now and am still shocked they can offer prescription lenses at such cheap prices! Quality is above what you would expect for £5 glasses and the customer service is second to non. My most recent order arrived with the wrong prescription (this could have been my fault!) and they offered a voucher to re-purchase the glasses with the correct prescription. I will continue to use and recommend Firmoo to all my glasses wearing friends and family!
