Amazing service first package got lost through no fault of Firmoo was fedex who lost order who promptly refunded me straight away and was apologetic. I then made a second order which came really fast in love with both pairs of glasses really nice quality. Amazing definitely will use again.

These have been the BEST glasses over ever gotten. Not only are they stylish, they can we’ll before they’re original delivery date (I broke my other glasses and needed some quick but because of the pandemic the optometrist said most offices were backed up for months) so that was extremely helpful. Then they’re stylish! I’ve never been able to upload my picture and try out any glasses that I want it without being there so that was so helpful and they looked exactly the same when I got them they were surprisingly sturdy and every single day I get compliments for men and women! The extra add ons are so worth it! Not to mention the price!! 🙌🏾🥰 And they’re just amazing! So thank you! I’ve already sent other friends and I’ll be back…

My experience was a perfect one! I received my glasses and I adored them. They looked amazing , the lenses where spot on! One leg , on week two became locked part way open making them impossible to wear. I contacted firmoo and they sent out the same glasses at no cost ! They arrived swiftly, no hassle, quick service!
