To be honest this is the best company I have ever dealt with. Amazing customer service and customer care. I made errors never having ordered glasses online before, and the result was I got two pairs of glasses which I couldn’t use. I asked for an exchange and they were so helpful, and I realised the mistakes I had made. I was given a virtual voucher and didn’t even have to send the glasses back. I will donate them. The frames themselves were gorgeous and the lenses extremely high quality and well fitted. And the extra coatings so worth it. I will tell everyone I know to use Firmoo and will definitely be re ordering next year. I really can’t praise this company enough. They are exceptional.

Got these as a temporary replacement for my current prescription, in case i need them. My old pair was pretty expensive and these were affordable so decided to try. Pleasantly surprised how fast they were delivered. Got the express delivery and had them on ny door step in 10 days. Don't get discouraged by the fact that they're from China, most pairs are made there anyway. The frames are decent quality, look and feel sturdy enough. And the lens clarity is good. Ordered a prescription sunglass pair after getting this one, i was that impressed of the quality. Decent prices, fast shipping and no issues with order. Highly recommend. Take measurements carefully and you're set!

I had an issue with a pair of glasses I'd bought, and I didn't realize the issue was actually my mistake. The agent Mars I spoke to was able to relay this while assisting me amazingly and helping me repurchase the correct pair for free. I'm a customer experience agent myself, and Mars was one of the kindest, most helpful agents I've ever interacted with for any company I've dealt with. They not only helped me with my issue, but they truly went above and beyond, checking my account and letting me know I had a $10 coupon I hadn't used, then making sure it was emailed to me so it wouldn't expire. And this was AFTER giving me a coupon code to repurchase my glasses for free and giving me expedited shipping! I wish more representatives could be like Mars!
