I've used 6 different online retailers for eyeglasses this year so far. My prescription this year was my first progressive Rx & having to adapt to the way progressives work - it's a new world for me. Firmoo has best in class customer service and fantastic tech / opticians. Ordering 2 pairs, I had decided after about week - that I wasn't happy with the one of the pairs I received due to the way it sat on my face. The Rx and gradient tinting was perfect - no issues at all with the craftsmanship. Quality of both pair were great. I purchased the advanced free form progressives with the wider corridor of view and I have minimal "swim effect." Super easy to adapt. I just wasn't sure how I felt about the Ultem material. They took care of my exchange request for me immediately while on a chat - - it was a breeze. My other pair was intermediate lenses for computer distance that work excellent for me, I added the high use Blue filter. I will definitely return to buy more! They have many cute styles for big heads like me - I hope they can add some more colorful TR/acetate styles for us low bridge folks. Thanks for reading.

This being my first time ordering my glasses online, I must say that I have gotten wonderful support in selecting the frame and filling in the prescription especially with it being so high. I was very sceptical and a bit scared it may not be correctly done lol. However, they were very helpful and patient with me and for that I say thank you. They deserve the best rating🥰🥰🥰🥰

Ganz toller Kundenservice!!! Ich hätte noch mehr wie 5 Sterne gegeben. Hatte versehentlich ein falsches Gestell bestellt und über den Chat ganz unkompliziert von der äußerst netten und hilfsbereiten Dame einen Tausch bekommen. Jetzt warte ich ganz gespannt auf meine 4 bestellten Brillen und werden dann über die Qualität nochmal berichten.

I saw a nurse coworker wearing these super cute glasses one day and I asked about them. She said she got them from Firmoo, and that they have great deals. I finally found a pair that work for me thanks to their virtual ability to try on the glasses! I got them with no delay, they fit great, and I plan to buy more with their great deals!
