FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Great service. Website is easy to use and it comes with helpful videos and instructions. 2 weeks delivery and I'm so pleased with them. Will definitely use them again.

Efficient, professional service! The Firmoo experience is simple and efficient from start to finish. From placing your order, where they provide videos and imanges to help you through the process, right through to delivery and customer services the process is clear and simple.

When I received my prescription eyeglasses, I realized that I had ordered a frame that is too big for me (my fault for not paying attention to the measurements stated on the website). I contacted Firmoo about it and they responded within an hour and offered to exchange my glasses at no additional costs. I am very impressed with their top notch customer service! Even though the frame I initially purchased didn’t fit (again, my own fault for not checking measurements carefully), the quality of the frame and lenses are really good. I will definitely purchase from Firmoo again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family/friends/colleagues!

Commande reçue en 20 jours. Je suis vraiment surprise d’une si bonne qualité. En plus les cadres sont esthétiques. Recommande fortement.
