I recieved my order in a timely manner. There were no visible defects and it was in good condition. One thing I have a question about is if the glasses are to tight to the head, is there a way to adjust the ends so its wider?? It arrived too tight for my head but I used some pliers to bend the ends out more to fit my face, but it left some marks, which is fine because it's not visible. I was wondering if there is a way to adjust it without causing marks.

Customer service did everything to help me get my prescription glasses corrected. The first 2 tries were unsuccessful. Last pair received was the right one.
