After placing an order the glasses are made pretty quickly and dispatched, you then get a tracking number and can follow the delivery. they come from China so take roughly 2 weeks to arrive....absolutly no issues at all, i deliberatly picked the cheapest glasses i could find on the site and they are perfect, ive since ordered several more....just goes to show what a rip off the likes of specsavers are when you can get perfectly good glasses from sites like this for a small amount.

Love my new glasses!! They fit great & look good too!! The CSRs @ Firmoo were very helpful when assisting me with replacing my glasses with the correct coating for my lenses. Just a note, Firmoo is a company based internationally, but don't let that deter you from shopping with them. This is my second time & I plan to continue to shop here for my glasses in the future 🤓

Ordered a lovely pair of specs in a fabulous colour, and a great price. They arrived promptly, with a pair of screwdrivers for any emergencies, a nice case and soft cloth. What's not to love? Very happy.

I received my pair of glasses within no time service at its maximum I had a issue with a wrong PD for my glasses and I was refunded my money to May another order I am happy to recommended anyone that needs quality eye wear at an affordable price!!!

I absolutely love these glasses, they're the best I've ever had and I'm shocked that I could get this quality for a quarter of the price I usually pay. The glasses fit my face perfectly, they're light and comfortable. And I'm so happy with their design because I dress in an extravagant style and finally, I have glasses that fit it.
