My customer support provider was Karen. Love this company, great prices, great frames, great customer service and super fast shipping times considering it’s shipped from China. I had a little issue with my glasses frames and it got resolved instantly, they emailed me back in under 6 hours, very satisfied with everything they do, will definitely buy from them again in the future.

My customer support provider was Maricar ; I’ve unfortunately had quite a few issues from online retailers and services over the past few months (requiring multiple follow ups even after being told the issue would be resolved). My experience with Maricar’s service and support was the best I’ve had as of recent, purely for its effectiveness, it’s efficiency, and the pleasantness of the interaction. Please forward this to your manager so they are aware of their great work! Interaction started Oct 16, confirmed resolution on Oct 19, I received my resolution completely processed by the 23rd.
