Love Firmoo. They went above and beyond to help me find the best glasses. Their prices are really good, and their customer service is even better. I had an issue with the glasses that I ordered and emailed Karen, their customer support rep. She was great, helped me out with my issue and her advice was pure gold!

At first I was indecisive about purchasing glasses online but I did and it turns out, it was totally worth it. My new glasses came in excellent condition and it works perfectly fine. Would definitely recommend Firmoo to anyone.

My cat-eye glasses are really beautiful, and even better than how they look in my photo try-on. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived just under 2 weeks, and I live outside of the USA.!

El pedido ha llegado en el tiempo estimado, unos 15 días. Todo en perfecto estado, aprovechando el 2x1 las gafas son de buena colección y veo sin problemas.

They guided me through step by step, very patiently and in a way to make you feel very comfortable. We will probably be placing more order with them in the very near future.

Excellent service, product and price. Would HIGHLY recommend and I will definitely be using them again. Spent €90 on glasses in Specsavers (loyal customer for 15+ year) and they were much too big for me, kept falling off my face, when I said it to them they were not helpful. Glad I tried this company.
