Im actually very impressed by the service Once I received my glasses i noticed that i made a mistake with the order so it comes not as i liked (the shade) And since i live in canada and they are in the states i figured the best thing is just to order anew pair because return is impossible with my costumed grade and everything. But Before i sumbit another order they sent me afollow up email asking me if im satisfied with my order And i told them, quality wise its great but i made amistke choosing the shade and the surprise is they sent me the same order for free with the correct shade ! I didnt even pay for the shipping Service is 10/10 They won me as a loyal costumer

I received my glasses in 5 days and they were dirt cheap. My prescription was crystal clear and the frames were ELEGANTY made like designers. Unfortunately, lens was cracked but they shipped out a new pair immediately. Thanks firmoo!

I can confirm they are legit. Yes they make the glasses in China and I paid £15 for express delivery (it took 9 days) but I had a good deal 2 for 1 so, paid £35 for two pairs and £15 for delivery. Glasses are correct prescription and feel comfortable. I'd check reviews on the glasses on the website to see if they will be heavier or lighter as my 2 pairs differ but I'm happy nonetheless. Also, good chat communication - i chatted before buying and the girl really helped out and made the order for me. I don't have to return so can't comment on that policy. Very happy!

Compré dos pares de gafas, unas de súper filtro luz azul sin graduar para mi marido y otras graduadas para mí con la graduación que me dio mi oculista. Han tardado unos 15-20 días pero con tracking perfecto en todo momento, y aunque el envío lo gestiona YunExpress, que no tengo buena experiencia con ellos, al llegar a España se encargó CTT y tracking hasta el último minuto. Entregadas en un sobre acolchado y cada una con su funda y gamuza, las gafas son estupendas en acabados y calidad, me permitió pagar un poco más para tener modelos que en óptica no me fabrican por tener distancia pupilar muy pequeña para el marco. Estoy encantada, las gafas son ideales y están graduadas correctamente. Las de luz azul tienen un tinte amarillo bastante obvio pero al final precisamente son para bloquear luz azul. Repetiré.

Erste Chinesische Firma, mit der ich positive Erfahrung gemacht habe. Lieferzeit waren insgesamt drei Wochen, was ich komplett für in Ordnung halte. Ich bin wirklich begeistert über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe diese Brille als Zweitbrille gekauft. Meine Erstbrille, von einem örtlichen Markenoptiker, kostete etwa das Fünffache. Ich kann mit dieser Brille von Firmoo gleich gut sehen. Vielen Dank an diese tolle Firma.
