Easy ordering. I missed my delivery however rescheduled the next available day however had a phone call from Firmoo the day after the missed delivery to see if I needed help rescheduling the delivery and if everything was okay. I also received an email to confirm I’d rescheduled. Customer service is the best I’ve every received anywhere! And the glasses are absolutely gorgeous! Amazing cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you so much!

Nice styles and a wide variety to choose from. Delivery took around the same amount of time I usually have to wait when buying from a South African optometrist. They follow the given prescription. I am very happy and would recommend to anyone wanting to buy glasses.

FIRMOO was true to their word with their return policy. When my glasses arrived and I couldn't adjust to the progressive, they let me exchange for a different progressive and did not make me send back the pair that didn't work. I am so happy. I've been trying to find an online store that would allow me to purchase progressives with just the intermediate and reading ranges and this is the first one I found. My support chat special "JM" was super helpful and no hassles.
