In my second order, I’ve made a mistake of choosing the frame for my elevated prescription and the team was amazing handling it, with very fast replies.. Very rarely do I write a review but I couldn't help it. My glasses are amazing, the shipping was so much quicker then expected and the customer service was brilliant. I ordered a pair of glasses with the clip on sunglasses, I tried to order a lens that wouldn't work with my prescription, they rang me the day after my order, asked if simply wanted to cancel, free of charge or if they could amend my order. Then I got a delivery estimate of 24th July which was about 6 weeks from ordering but they've arrived today (11th July). I love them, they feel much better quality than main high street branded glasses that I've had for years, plus you don't have to keep swapping between normal glasses and sunglasses, the sunglasses just clip on and off with magnet with ease. They are incredibly and cost less than £40 with a discount code! The last time I bought a pair of glasses and sunglasses on the high street, it was nearly£200! I will be ordering every time I need a new prescription!

I experienced a delay in shipping due to circumstances outside the company’s control but the representative that I was in contact with was extremely helpful and supportive. My glasses arrived and I love them! They are exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable to wear. Excellent quality at an amazing price.

The quickness with which customer service handles customer's concerns was amazing. I had not experienced a business so willing to help and with such patience with anyone else. The quality of the products were also a big plus as i was not expecting the material to be sturdy. Truly a wonderful experience! Will absolutely be purchasing again in the near future.

Glasses arrived in good time. Really good quality. Unfortunately the bridge of the nose was awkward for me. I emailed. Within 24hrs a reply with options, I chose a full refund which they actioned within 24hrs. Excellent service. I will buy from them again when there is something that fits my requirements.
