Your attention to detail in so far as that you noticed my strong prescription and provided me with a free fantastic pair of glasses with thinner lenses is quiet touching. As I am sure you can guess I have worn glasses most of my life and have always had to pay a lot of money for glasses I was always just settling for economically and overall never happy with. I appreciate the access you have provided to stylish and affordable frames and lenses. Your small gesture has truly touched my heart and is appreciated more than you will ever know. Now I can safely have a spare pair of glasses which I have never had the luxury of before. I truly have felt so cared for and valued as a customer. I wasn't expecting such consistent willingness to help me after I let my compensation opportunity slip through the cracks on more than one occasion (I let the coupon expire twice in a row). I struggle with time management and it means a lot to me that Firmoo has been willing to honour a compensation offer for me on such an extended timeline, with zero questions asked. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my glasses not only that the fit is perfect and they are very light but also the customer service I went on live chat as I wasn't sure what to put in about my prescription and they helped me every step and with in 7 days I got my pair of glasses I'm telling everyone I know who has glasses to get some from them can't rate them enough well done !!!!

First time ordering from this company . I was unfamiliar with the ordering process online . when I asked questions the chat was down and no one reached out .I order a pair of glasses and uploaded my prescription and it was put in wrong by the company . The order was already shipped out . When I asked what can be done I was told they can refund me ,but wouldn’t refund my shipping cost ,which I paid for expedited shipping. The expedited shipping is also a joke or will still take about 10-15 days . I feel ripped off I really wanted to like this company a friend referred me . The customer service was terrible . Updated review : I’ve changed my rating to five stars instead of three . Firmoo not only fixed the mistake a full refund was given . Unfortunately it took writing a review for it to happen, but a company who makes it right will always have my business . After my refund is available I will definitely purchase the second pair I wanted . Thank you Firmoo!
