Ordering is easy. Site is easy to navigate and has lots of information and useful try-on feature that works well. Emails are informative about every step of the order. Ships fast and they make sure you receive your product. I've loved every pair of glasses I've got from them. No issues.

Absolutely brilliant service from these guys, I've ordered three pairs of glasses to which are high quality and an affordable price. I am more than happy with my purchases and will continue to use FIRMOO and recommend to others looking for maybe something different and unique.

The glasses fit great and I love the color! I’m also glad I didn’t have to spend 200$ on a good pair of glasses.

Purchased 2 frames from them, and it was my first time so I was a little hesitant to buy. However, I received the best customer service from them. They communicate with you 24/7 if you have a queries. I’m happy with they product and the customer service. Keep it up Firmoo

Excellent Customer Service and very easy ordering process. I ordered 2 glasses for a friend who is new to the "glasses community" and she can't stop raving about them. She literally gets daily compliments about them. The ordering process was quite easy as I just had to upload her prescription. I also had a question and got a response in a very timely manner and they kept in contact to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase! Loved my experience when I first purchased my own glasses and returned to purchase my friend's own. Highly recommended to anyone who are looking for affordable eyewear and excellent customer service

I had given up on ordering glasses online because a company I ordered from previously couldn't get my prescription right, and returns were a hassle. But at the suggestion of my daughter, I tried Firmoo, and I'm very happy with the glasses I received. I like the look, and the prescription is right on! They came quickly, too (I live in Canada).

Absolutely incredible company to work with. I had a small hiccup with my order and they immediately made it right. Their lenses are of high quality and turned out perfect! I am so pleased with this company and highly recommend that anyone looking for quality glasses at low prices give them a try. I will be shopping here ALOT in the future as I love to be able to switch up my look depending on my outfits.
