Amazing sunglasses/glasses but most of all amazing customer service!!! I got a pair of sunglasses and I picked gradient but they were a bit too light for my liking so I asked if I could exchange and they were so so helpful and understanding and allowed me to exchange. It does take a while for delivery (roughly 2 weeks to UK) but worth it! I used my specsavers prescription and they got it perfect, think I'll buy glasses from here instead of specsavers from now on because the quality is SO GOOD, I'd say better than soecsavers frames

USPS had delivered my glasses to the wrong address. Firmoo was very understanding and helpful with solving the issue.

The glasses arrived in perfect condition and quickly. I always found photochromic lens out of my price range but these were so affordable, I couldn’t pass them up! The lenses and frames are high quality and gorgeous. I’m obsessed with these and will order from them again in the future.
