My experience buying in this website is really positive, because I've been doing this for almost 4 years and never regreted until now. They have a good website which has videos to show us how to choose and select the correct lenses, they have a good support system in case something went wrong or if you have any problem with the delivery, for example. I have a friend that works in this business of glasses and I ask her to confirm if the lenses are correct according to the prescription of the doctor and it's always correct.

Ich gebe firmoo top 5sterne. Habe mir eine Brille mit Sehstärke bestellt. Der Kundenservice ist 1a Superklasse und einem wird sofort geholfen. Meine Brille kam nach nicht ganz 1woche an und Ich liebe diese Brille. Auf jedenfall werde Ich ab jetzt immer bei Firmoo bestellen.

Très bon service , j'ai tenté une paire et j'ai tellement été conquise que j'en ai pris d'autres . Une monture de reçu avec un petit défaut, mais super sav car directement j'ai eu un avoir pour reprendre une paire . Je conseille fortement car sur une Dizaine de paires commandée, c'est la seule que j'ai eu avec un défaut . Malgré des vues différentes , presbytie ou myopie , toute la famille est conquise !!! Alors merci à ce site de vendre enfin des lunettes abordables et qui permet de changer de style de temps en temps !

Super impressed with Firmoo. I have ordered prescription glasses in the past and now sunglasses - great quality, really affordable and delivery didn't take too long. I love the feature where you can upload a picture of yourself and try on frames, really helps the process. I'd definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

Absolutely love the frames! I ordered without anti-glare and contacted to see if I could exchange to add on. The customer service was great and I’ve only had to pay an additional £4 for my new pair, keeping the old frames as a back up. Definitely recommend! Great value for money and had lots of compliments!
