Problem schnell gelöst. Ich habe 3 Brille bestellt. 2 passen super und 1 wollte ich zurück schicken. Erstmal haben die mir Gutschein angeboten, und wo ich keinen Gutschein wollte, die haben mir Geld gleich zurück überwiesen. Sehr schnelle Kundenservice. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

I've had brilliant experiences with Firmoo, having ordered a couple of times. It's easy to order, very reasonable prices with great deals and you can save your prescription details for future reference too. It is much cheaper than ordering at an opticians and the quality of the frames are just as good in my opinion. (for more than half the price!) I was expecting my order to take some time to arrive as it is created overseas but it came about 8 days after I ordered (I'm in the UK) which is super speedy. Would highly recommend. I can't comment too much on 'customer service' as such as I haven't needed to contact them.
