I feel like this is going to be a problem for my bank account because now I want to order loads more glasses!! First time ordering a normal prescription pair and a sunglasses pair. I have incredibly wonky eyes (5.5 difference between the two!) and needed to find pairs which I could get thinned lenses on. The chat facility is great on the website and the person I spoke to was really helpful and offered me lenses which I was able to purchase what I needed to with. Once I submitted the order my order was put on hold. I spoke to someone on the chat, they explained they needed to check my prescription (assuming because it’s not common to have wonky eyes this badly) and then quickly sorted it out. The glasses then came a week after my order was submitted. The quality is so much better than glasses direct and I love all the options they have. Annoyingly I’m going to have to buy a few more pairs now ha! So impressed great service all round, won’t buy from anywhere else now!!

Loveeeeee Firmoo. I’ve been a customer for about 7 years and bought 2 specific pairs repeatedly (my sight changed over the years lol) and I love the quick service . Never experienced an issue snd customer service is very helpful! If you’re in need of glasses ,skip the expensive eye doctors and BUY FROM FIRMOO

Je recommande J'ai commandé pour la première fois donc j'avais un peu du mal à cerner certain détails du coup ayant une correction de verre assez forte pas assez amincie par rapport a ma monture (mais erreur de ma part) j'ai écris au service client qui a pris le temps de m'expliquer bien quel genre de monture et d'amincissement pour éviter ceux là, j'ai même eu le droit a un code promo bravo firmoo Moi j'ai pas de mutuelle donc dans un opticien français j'en ai pour facile 350€ ben a ce prix j'avais 3 paires de lunettes

Great customer service Shipping was fast and easy and glasses fit well and I’m constantly getting complimented on my glasses I love them.

I've used firmoo twice and super happy both times. I don't want to be stuck with the same glasses all the time and this gives me the options to switch up my glasses. Always good quality, great looks and good price. I've just needed some sunglasses and so chuffed with my order. I literally tell everyone any time someone tells me they like my glasses.
