Great quality glasses/sunglasses and very affordable price (almost too good to be true, but it is true!) I had some problems with the size of my chosen frame, but they solved it fast with amazing customer service (Angel!) and their own hack videos made by their company! I can only recommend them.

I was distrustful of the great recommendation a colleague had given of your products. She was insistent that I buy my glasses from you because I would save so much money on frames. I recently lost a fine pair of glasses and went to my optometrist to get another pair. He reassessed my vision and for just over $600 replaced them with a graduated lens pair. Acutely aware of how uncomfortable it was to be without that lost pair (almost 2 weeks), I decided to get a back-up pair of my new prescription. Filling in the info on Firmoo's site was easy. As I progressed through the stages of ordering my glasses, I found that the price was amazingly low so I plumped for not only the full graduated lenses but light sensitive ones too. I was warned by the site that it might take 2 weeks for them to arrive. WRONG! They arrived in a WEEK! They cost me just under $167.00. Firmoo's price was almost exactly 1/4 of my optometrist's pair. I prefer the Titanium frames from Firmoo and, of course, I enjoy the remarks of people who see my lenses adjust to the glaring summer sunshine!

Full disclosure: I received these "cheaters" (1.50 magnification single-vision) for free in exchange for my review. I have progressive eyeglasses that I do not always need to wear, but I have thought that it might be nice to have cheaters from time to time. When I received this offer, I thought, why not? I ordered them on August 17, 2023. They were delivered on August 26, 2023. I thought that this was really fast shipping, especially since I believe that these come from China. They arrived in excellent condition and came inside a cleaning cloth pouch, which was inside of a hard plastic case. I was impressed with this packaging - I did not expect to get a pouch or a case - certainly not both! The glasses are SUPER LIGHT and the arms are very flexible. The nose pads are integral and are very comfortable. The frames are thin but feel relatively durable. Overall, they are quite nice with no rough edges or quality issues that I could find. The hinges are tight - no slop or wiggle in them. The lenses are very thin and clear and the magnification is sharp with no distortion, even in the periphery. The teal color fade is lovely and is a nice punch of color. I think that the fact that they fade from dark to light at the bottom helps to keep them from being too visually heavy on the face. I like that these lenses are shorter, allowing me to put them down my nose and look over the top to see at a distance. I am very pleased with these glasses and would have absolutely paid the $20 for them, if not for the freebie offer. Based on the quality of this pair, I would not hesitate to purchase other glasses from Firmoo.

We had a rough start but when the right person read my complaint they did everything they could to fix their mistake and made me a very happy customer.
