A co-worker told me about Firmoo and I decided to place an order. The prices are reasonable so I decided to get a couple styles that I normally wouldn’t buy. The process on the website was simple enough. I had a question about my prescription so I scanned it and sent it to customer service. I received a reply the next day answering my question. I placed the order and the glasses arrived in about two weeks. I was alerted to my shipment being sent so I could track the glasses online. The glasses are made in China so the shipping time is longer than if you order from the US. When the padded envelope arrived it had been smashed during shipment. One of the glasses cases was flattened. Surprisingly, the glasses inside weren’t broken but the things that sit on either side of your nose were and I couldn’t get them to fit properly. I reported this to the company and a new pair was expedited and sent by priority mail. I received the new pair in about five days. I am very satisfied with the product and service. These glasses aren’t designer and you get what you pay for. For the price I paid I feel that I got a great deal. I highly recommend this company.

Firmoo has consistently given me the freedom of buying multiple frames to go with each of my moods. i recently had a problem with my order for the first time, and there was no fighting; they gave me a refund, let me talk with a real, actual human, and left me wanting to buy even more pairs! there's almost always a deal or sale going on, and they add new frames all the time, so id you have a limited budget but a limitless sense of style, definitely check these guys out.

A couple of friends recommended Firmoo.com to buy prescription glasses for a good price. I ordered 2 Rx glasses that were 'buy one get one free' with the addition of paying for the type of lenses you wanted. The website was easy to navigate and order with tons of styles to choose from. Waited for my glasses to arrive constantly checking the tracking info because I was so excited for them. Firmoo used a Chinese tracking company so some parts of the website I couldn't understand. After a couple of weeks, the tracking website said that the glasses were delivered (and signed for), but I didn't get them. I really needed to have my glasses by a certain date for a convention I was going to within the next week. So I emailed the company and got a quick response saying that my glasses were sent back to them. They apologized and re-shipped my glasses order with express shipping and I received it a few days later (shipped to Hawaii). Overall, I am happy with my new glasses and with the customer service from Firmoo! Even though there was a slight issue with shipping, I would still order from them again because the glasses are so cute!

Firmoo is my go-to when it comes to my glasses. They have great affordable prices with a variety of beautiful frames. I appriciate all their help in their customer service center, they have always took interest in making sure I received my glasses in a timely manner. Firmoo and their team are great! I haven't yet ordered glasses. I have NO insurance so that's my issue, but I haven't had my eyes checked out in 9 years. I wear bifocals which are now completely foggy. I googled vision care and saw "free glasses". I chose several frames that I like. I'm going for it. Going to get a prescription and give Firmoo a try. It will be so nice to see clearly. I've read many reviews and it's way past time.
