Geano Made the whole experience worthwhile

I've purchased a few pairs of glasses from firmoo now- and every experience has been great! Customer service is top notch. Here's some examples. The first time I ordered from here I didn't like the glasses I received, so they sent me replacements of my choosing in a different style (at no cost to me). No questions asked, they were quick and happy to help. I didn't even need to send the original pairs back. This last order I accidentally changed my billing address but not my shipping. When I asked about not receiving my package via the chat, they asked if my shipping address was accurate (it wasn't- woops). I told them I would check with the resident of that address, and they asked to be updated if I was able to obtain my package. During this process, my internet glitched out and the chat was disconnected. They immediately emailed me to continue the conversation. Had I not received my glasses, I'm pretty sure they were going to offer to send me another pair. Everytime I've needed to contact customer service they have been quick, friendly, and helpful. I've never seen such reliability in this department in any other company. For this reason, I will always recommend firmoo. The glasses are cute and very affordable. And there is always some crazy sale going on! They will not last forever, but for the price point they are absolutely worth it. I'm conclusion, I 10/10 recommend this company.

Ho acquistato 2 paia di occhiali con lenti personalizzate con ricetta oculistica. Purtroppo non andavano bene, ma l’ottimo servizio clienti ha risolto immediatamente il problema, offrendomi o rimborso completo, oppure buono dello stesso importo per acquistare altri occhiali. Ho accettato questa seconda proposta, ordinato occhiali nuovi, che sono perfetti, bellissimi, li adoro! Sicuramente prenderò presto altri paia! Gaia
