This is the best service I have ever received from an online retailer. I had to do an exchange and they were incredibly responsive and gave me some great recommendations for my new pair. I will recommend them to anyone seeking glasses

Honestly, hands down the best company to buy glasses from! The website lays out all the information needed on how to measure, and what sizes match with your features. The styles are so fun and gorgeous! The quality and price is outmatched if comparing to other online glasses sellers. They run many sales and provide lots of promos and perks! Also, if you need any help the customer support team are super quick and work with you. Exchange policies and returns run smoothly and shipping is pretty timely! Definitely recommend shopping with Firmoo!

The app is user friendly, instructions are clear on how to place an order and how to download scripts, so easy to navigate around it, and also fitting of glasses in order to get the perfect fit.

I really appreciate the prices, frame selection, and lens coating options at Firmoo, and I've bought many different sizes and colors from them. There are quality issues here and there, but nothing major to really diminish my opinion.
