On recommendation from my daughter I decided to try Firmoo, as I'm sick of paying £200+ for prescription glasses that fall to bits. I got my prescription and uploaded it to the website, then selected two pairs of frames, with thinned lenses and blue light filters, for £83.99 including postage. They were delivered exactly 2 weeks later, and they are brilliant. They feel more durable than my old glasses, the lenses are thinner, and the blue light is great for when I'm on the PC. Excellent customer service! The glasses we initially received were a little too large, and the lenses kept popping out of the frames. I contacted Firmoo, and they immediately offered to replace them with a different pair of frames fitted with high-index lenses, completely free of charge. They also upgraded the shipping to express delivery at no extra cost. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
