After a small error that was corrected expediently, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and service once I received the pair I had originally ordered and I will be ordering again​ very soon!

I got my glasses on time , they looked exactly like on the computer and they fit my face perfectly. My prescriptions actually feels better than my priviouse glasses I would have bought at an eye wear store

We all know how expensive glasses are, we all know they are such an accessory to any outfit, we all know we need them to see, most of the time. Firmoo has made it extremely affordable, convenient, efficient to do all of these things effortlessly and in a timely manner. First pair(s) ordered needed to be returned, prescription was incorrect. Jaycee had me choose another pair, keep the original order, corrected the prescription, I received new pair 7-10 days without extra charge or hassle. Jaycee is a great communicator-we are off by several hours-responses are delayed, but she gets it accomplished. We be returning
