Fast efficient and friendly service from start to finish. I like Firmoo because there is a good variety of frames that are inexpensive, attractive, colourful, and noticeable. Uploading my prescription was quick and effortless. So much better value than in high street shops.

I needed to return my glasses because the frame legs were too short for me. They resolved it by sending me a code for the amount originally paid to place another order and I didn't even have to return the glasses.

I have received my glasses, they are well made and sturdy. It was nice to be able to upload the prescription to the app, less chance for me to make an error!
