Consiglio a tutti vivamente. Grazie Firmoo e grazie Anj!

First instance usps didnt deliver my order properly and they offered me a full exchange or refund. Second time i had to contact them was due to manufacturer issue with the lens. I was expecting to have to send the glasses back but they were polite and told me that since it was my first time ordering with them that i could keep them. Overall they have been incredibly kind and patient!

The specs arrived in a relatively short period of time. They were well packaged and came with a sturdy and attractive case. The frame is light and comfortable. I am over the moon with my purchase.

Firmoo is a wonderful company and every time I buy from them it goes perfectly. By far the kindest and most helpful staff and support of any online store I’ve bought from.

Occhiali molto belli e perfettamente calzanti . Molto soddisfatta .
