Great company! They always took care of me. I always love the glasses I get from them. Quality-wise, they're not going to compare with something that you bought for 80 dollars, but the styles and the price trump quality for me. If you have high cheek bones and cannot wear the big glasses trend, you can with their glasses because their big frames have nose pads and they're not heavy for their size. I have gotten 3 pairs from them and my only warning is be gentle with them and they'll last! Easy to order, try on virtually. AND one on one customer service, they prioritize your satisfaction. Prescription wise, they've nailed it.

I received my glasses in about 1.5 to 2wks, which is pretty quick! They fit perfectly. The lenses are a bit bigger than I expected, but they look good and I have received compliments on them. Thanks Firmoo!

I love the selection of glasses that Firmoo has to offer. I ended up buying four pairs of prescription glasses because they were so affordable and I wanted to try different styles. The ordering process is super easy, as long as you have the correct information for your prescription. I originally ordered the same frame in two different colors. After I realized my mistake, I was able to request a change to my order, which was taken care of right away. Customer service is great! I received my glasses pretty quickly even though I was told 2-3 weeks. The frames and lenses are good quality and exactly as they appear on the website. I am so happy that I found out about Firmoo and will be ordering again in the future. I highly recommend this company! The four star rating, instead of 5, is because buying glasses online is a bit difficult. Even though you can upload your photo, it’s still hard to tell what the glasses will actually look like on. Also, navigating the website was a little tricky, especially when searching for a specific frame.

Make sure to measure your glasses before ordering off of the site so you don't get anything too small or too big. They customer service is exceptional and makes sure you are accommodated if you are not pleased with your purchase.

I had a great experience, I was a little confused by shipping dates/times as they weren't exactly how it was advertised, but my glasses are awesome!

ho acquistato una montatura con lenti graduate e mi reputo soddisfatta, è carina leggera e molto fedele alla prova fatta con una mia foto all' interno del sito,ho ricevuto gli occhiali con una bella custodia rigida, una in tessuto, un pannetto per la pulizia e un simpatico cacciavite più qualche vitina di ricambio ... Ma soprattutto vedo benissimo. Servizio a casa come al centro ottico😉

Pros: Easy & fast shipping! It comes with a bag for the case & eyewear parts which includes screws, nose pads, keychain & a screw driver. The glasses are lightweight & comfortable. Con: I wished it didn't have nose pads on the glasses. They tend to discolor skin over time. Their glasses should of have options for nose pads & non pads for each style eyewear.

Initially I was very upset with Firmoo because I did not receive my glasses in the time frame specified. However after I voiced a complaint they were very sweet and sent me the glasses for free!! Very nice
