Customer service is absolutely top-notch, I have dealt with customer service before through the return process ( a few years back) however today, I needed to consult with a rep about how to properly enter a script for progressives and they made it easy to share the information they were asking me for. My rep (Kobe) provided screen captures to help me navigate sharing my cart, verified that I entered my script properly, and found me a discount code that I didn't even know was available! I said it the first time I bought glasses from this company but I will be back again and again.
