The glasses we ordered for my daughter did not work out - the prescription was too strong even though it is her actual prescription. However, Firmoo was very responsive in resolving this problem. They explained that due to the large size of her frames the prescription can seem stronger and they offered to either refund my money or provide a coupon for a new free pair of glasses (less shipping). They were very quick to reply and resolved my issue in a professional and friendly manner. I only wish they would have explained when ordering such large frames that it could distort her vision. We will order smaller frames and hope they work out better. Would recommend Firmoo for their friendly and fast customer service.

Overall experience was great. The only thing is that the company rushes you to choose a pair and get back to them right away making you feel overwhelmed. Aside from that the experience was great. Hope to work with them again in the near future.

So far so good. I ordered a pair of glasses from firmoo and they arrived in a timely manner. Probably in just about a week with their express shipping option. The lenses seem clearer than the ones on my older pair of walmart bought glasses and the frames are super cute. I plan to order a few more

I think firmoo eyewear is very worth it the glasses are very chic, light weight, and comfortable on your face the only slight con I could possibly have are the protective pads that go on the bridge of your nose could be a slight bit uncomfortable

I ordered three pairs of glasses from firmoo, took around 2 weeks total to receive them. The PD on each pair was off by 4mm, so I had to take them to a glasses repair shop and the lenses needed to be entirely replaced. I would suggest ordering frames only, as lensmaking can be finicky and not worth the trouble if something is wrong. The frames fit well and look really nice. ***UPDATE: Firmoo customer service agents have contacted me in regards to a refund. They called me and also sent e-mails. They were able to give me a full refund (minus shipping cost).
