I have ordered glasses a couple of times now - each time the communication is prompt and helpful. I am pleased very happy with the level of customer service that I have received from firmoo. I am equally satisfied with the glasses as well. I will continue to purchase more. I highly recommend. Thank you.

I hv no complaints at this point in time. My experience with the csr during my attempts to manoeuvre the website was also top of the line. I will continue to be an ardent supporter of Firmoo

Glasses easy to order and add prescription. I needed prescription sunglasses. Got 2 pairs with a discount code for £70. Absolutely bargain. Took around 2 weeks to deliver (with bank holiday for Easter) which I thought was great. Glasses came in little bag and then a wee sunglasses box. Good strong material. Prescription is exactly for my eyesight. Great value and couldn’t recommend more. They’ve loads of stylish frames to pick from. Will definitely order again. Have already recommended to family

Grazie firmoo

I’ve only been wearing glasses for a few years and was able to get them for free, but wasn’t able to with my new glasses and couldn’t afford to spend £100 on one pair. I found firmoo by looking online and got a pair for £37 including shipping and they’re perfect ! It did take a couple weeks to arrive but if you can wait for new glasses I couldn’t recommend them enough ! Thank you :)
