My first order came in on time, well packaged as well. The glasses are very nice, super lightweight, lenses very clear and prescription on point. Unfortunately the frame did not fit well on me at all but customer service is helping me out with credit for the whole amount so I can reorder something smaller. That was a really good first time experience. I will be ordering again

I’m very happy with my experience and I’m so happy I decided to write a review! I broke my glasses and was in need of a nice pair of new glasses so I quickly purchased a pair from firmoo. My customer service advisor Madhu (he deserves a big shoutout, he was very nice and understanding) was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the full frame size and etc. However, when the glasses arrived, I didn’t like the blue light lens (way too blue for my liking) however the frame was perfect so Madhu helped me resolve the situation and kindly allowed me to keep the pair they sent me as a spare and quickly offered me a voucher to purchase a new pair!! This was very generous and I’m very grateful :)

I must say i love this store. It was first time and not the last. I love my glasses. Wonderful. I will recommend this. One of the best i try.
