To be honest when I saw this site I thought it was a scam. I was very pleased and surprised when it turned out to be legitimate. The quality of the glasses is decent, and more than worth the price you pay. Very happy with my glasses. I’ve bought two pairs and want to buy a 3rd. Te customer service is also fantastic

Pretty good website and customer service. The glasses themselves are decent quality.

Would’ve given 5 stars but they did an extremely long time to ship and arrive. Other than that, this is a great website for cheap but GOOD QUALITY glasses.

Dear Maria, Thanks for your support and trust! Firmoo's mission is to offer affordable and quality glasses to customers. We are sorry that your order was delayed due to shipping company's Spring Festival (from 02/15 to 02/22). Now the holiday is over and our delivery time will be faster and more stable. Standard shipping to US usually takes 7-14 days after processing. Should you have any further question, please don't hesitate to contact us. Best regards! Firmoo Customer Support

I was very skeptical about ordering. I found frames I liked and went ahead and purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses as well as prescription glasses. PayPal wasn’t being very cooperative when trying to place my order and had to use a different route, which was fine! My order came in quickly, very pleased with the turn around time! My regular glasses was missing a screw and the right ear piece was detached. Thankfully complimentary screwdriver and additional screws are placed in the order, so my problem was solved without much effort. That was my biggest only complaint. That my earpiece wasn’t attached and the screw was missing. Other than that, my experience was great and I will likely order again!

I recently made a purchase for 2 pair of glasses on 2/24/18 and to be honest i was very hesitant because i have never purchased glasses online and didnt know what to expect. It took a while to finally select my 2 pair i got because they have so many options to choose from. Anyways today is 3/5/18 and i just got my glasses in the mail. I have tried them on and from what i can tell they did get my prescription right and the glasses seem to be very sturdy and no loose issues. My only tiny complaint is one the pair of glasses seem to be crooked and i have had to tilt them slightly so they fit properly on my face. As far as customer service i didnt have any issues and the responded to any questions i had in a timely manner. I will say that i will def make another purchase but i am kind of shocked that after i made my purchase their express shipping went up by $6.00 before express was 12.95 and now its 18.95 and thats kind of a huge price jump. All in all i would tell anyone who is searching for glasses or just wanting cute frames that they can purchase from them and they wont be disappointed unless your just hard to please.

Dear customer, Thanks for your review! Could you please email us pictures of the crooked glasses for checking? Our CSR will also contact you by emails. We recently updated our express shipping service, so the price went up. Hope you could kindly understand. For US customers, you may choose our standard shipping, which is only $5.95. The standard shipping is much quicker and stable compared to last year. Best regards! Firmoo Customer Support

Received my glasses today. They are exactly what I expected, Im very happy with them. The only problem I have is that these particular frames do not have nose pads so they sit right on the bridge of my nose making them quite uncomfortable after a while but other than that, great glasses and great service. Will def shop with Firmoo again!

Dear Customer, Thanks for your review! If you still feel uncomfortable, please email to [email protected] and our CSR can help you. Besides, we recommend you choose frames with flexible nose pads in the future, so you can adjust the nose pads easily. Best regards! Firmoo Customer Support

Great glasses at a great deal but shipping was horrible. They told me that I would have to sign for it therefore I would have to be home. They came when I was home and didn’t even ring the doorbell and put it in the wrong place. But other thn that there really good glasses.
