I bought 2 pairs. The first was awesome.. but for the second as It was my first time having bifocal glasses, i didn't order the best frame to do so. The team provide me a refund and give me tips to select the best frame for my need. I really appreciate the fast answer and solution provide so even if at first i was sad to get my glasses, they do all to made my purchase and replacement easy.

These guys are amazing, china is the best place for cheap and affordable prescription frames. I shopped on a place called tenda glasses but firmoo is just so much faster and cheaper! Order a pair of frames to london and how have they made my prescription and shipped them to me in a week!? Really happy and impressed
