I do not normally write a review on my purchases, but I am so happy with my glasses. I normally go to the high street to purchase my glasses. I ordered two pairs ten days ago. There was so much choice. They arrived today. The frames are gorgeous, and fit better than any of my previous pairs. I am so pleased with them and the service I have received. Firmoo, kept me up to date with how far they were through the process. I would highly recommend them. I will not be purchasing them through the high street any more.

Excellent customer service. I had already made an order with them before and everything arrived perfectly. However, on a new order my package got lost so I contacted their customer service via live chat and the person (Marifel) solved my issue in no time. Extremely efficient and kind. I would recommend this company.

Die Webseite ist übersichtlich und verständlich gestaltet. Die Auswahl an Brillen ist beeindruckend, da findet jeder was. Es gibt diverse Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Die Produktion und Lieferung ist genau so schnell wie bei einem lokalen Optiker. Die gelieferten Brillen haben eine super Qualität. Die Preise für zusätzliche Ausstattungen sind moderat. Der englischsprachige Support ist sehr engagiert und freundlich. Firmoo bietet bei Problemen großzügige Lösungen im Sinne des Kunden an. Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung an künftige Käufer

I lost count of how many glasses I've purchased with Firmoo and I loved all the glasses I had over the past year except my recent purchase. So I went about asking the customer service what they can do about it and they quickly resolved my issue by sending me a coupon that I can use to repurchase a new pair. Its nothing wrong with firmoo why I didnt like my last pair its just the way the glasses was built. It was too heavy for my face and the other one was too tight that it slids of my temporal. But overall I was pleased with them resolving my issue and this will never stop me from repurchasing more.

Complimenti, occhiali bellissimi a prezzo imbattibile ed in tempi record. Premetto che mi serviva un paio di occhiali progressivi con valori molto "spinti" ed astigmatismo. Sono andata a vedere diversi negozi anche grandi, prezzo oscillava tra 750 e 980 euro, tempi di realizzazione 2-3 settimane e le montature "quelle che vede" (e non mi piacevano...). Poi trovo Firmoo, inserisco dati della prescrizione, trovo una montatura elegantissima, scelgo le lenti e vari trattamenti - et voilà, 110 euro (tra cui 10 si mangia FEDeX per la spedizione), ed in poco più di una settimana vi sto scrivendo indossando già il mio occhiale fantastico. Avevo paura di non trovarmi bene, anche perchè non abituata agli occhiali progressivi, invece nessun mal di testa o giramento di testa, sono stati precisissimi. Poi sono molti bravi anche con le montature, indicano tutte le dimensioni molto precise e quindi puoi renderti conto quanto saranno grandi gli occhiali. Adesso vado ad ordinare un altro paio di ricambio con trattamento solare e vi consiglio a tutti. Grazie
