Was cheap and easy to order a pair. Tracking is great and pair came in like a week Only problem was their credit card processing wasn’t working so I had to do it via PayPal. That needs to be fixed

Ho notato questo sito per le ottime offerte sugli occhiali da vista e, volendo fare un regalo a mia moglie, ho deciso di far preparare tre paia di occhiali con delle caratteristiche da prescrizione che, scopro solo alla consegna e alla prova di vista, essere sbagliate. Scrivo quindi al customer care che molto gentilmente mi spiega tutti i passi per procedere senza indugio ad un nuovo corretto acquisto (ovviamente stavolta mi consigliano di far “leggere” la prescrizione cosi da sapere quali dati riportare in fase di acquisto) dandomi anche uno sconto su quest’ultimo. Alla fine contentissimi. Occhiali perfetti, bellissima e leggera montatura e stile molto cool. Gli occhiali sbagliati? Mi han detto “per non creare ulteriori spese e dispersione, vi consigliamo di donarle ad una onlus che possa farne buon uso”. Ma non è fantastico tt cio? Bravi.

I just chatted with Kath. I was worried because I couldn’t log into my account. She found my account through my phone number. It turns out that I spelled my own email wrong! She then found that I needed to fix my address AND my prescription. She did all of it for me AND waived the fee to change the lenses. I absolutely adore her customer service. & this is the third pair of glasses I’ve ordered from them. Every time I would get compliments on my older pair, I would recommend firmoo. But now because of Kath with their customer service, I am going to recommend them 10fold. She’s awesome.
