The prescription was perfect for the glasses I received, and the quality it's very good. Wonderful the option on the website, where you can upload your picture to see how the frame will look on you.For my experience it was perfect, exactly like the reality. For sure I'll buy again in the future

I have a few pairs, and I constantly get people commenting how much they love my frames and ask where I got them. I recommend Firmoo to anyone who wants to try ordering glasses online! Their prices cannot be beat anywhere. There was an issue with my most recent order being made twice (my fault as I wasn't patient enough for the payment to be processed and I thought it had failed so I reordered). Their service agent was quick to offer solutions and we resolved it quickly.

So my high st optician charged me £180 for a set of specs....I am now the owner of 2 pairs from Firmoo for £24! Live chat was so helpful, ordered and received within 2 weeks and a glasses cloth on a clip came free. Love my new specs, love the service I'm converted Thank you!

Selection, quality, cost, time to delivery and customer service correcting an error on my part with no hassle. Will refer the site and use it again for myself.
