UK customer, happy with service. I've been using firmoo for over 3 years, it's a great way to get glasses at a good price. I have never had to wait a full 2 weeks to receive an order, closer to ten days on average from ordered to delivered. Frames can range in quality: for example I bought some prescription sunglasses that weren't on a hinge, and another time I bought a pair of frames that are excellent quality; snap hinges, have a weight to them, and have not degreded after owning for over 2 years. Most frames (out of around 10) are excellent, prescription is bang on which is the most important thing. Far less expensive than UK stores and offer a much bigger range.

Glasses were just as I ordered. Prompt shipment. Very good experience.

Everything went smoothly....I will admit I was nervous to begin, my first glasses, everything was new to me...but the selections was easy to understand and when i got my glasses delivered and put them on i fell in love instantly. Thank you I told everyone I know to use this service

I really don’t know what’s going on with my prescription. After uploading it and asking customer service to assist me with creating lens with the frames I had in mind (I made many changes lol). With the utmost patience, Richo and Restina gave me their consistent and quick service. I highly recommend using Firmoo’s customer service if you’re unsure with the particular build you need for your prescription or are somewhat unsure of your current build and need some guidance to relieve those feelings of uncertainty. Give the customer service a try, they’re helpful and not salesmen at all. I got a discount code on top of incredible assistance for my first pair here. Definitely won’t be my last pair :)

Ich bin mit meiner Brille sehr zufrieden, Fassung und Gläser sind optimal und das zu diesem wirklich günstigen Preis. Die Brille war bereits 1Woche nach Bestellung bei mir. Gerne mal wieder !

Ordinato un paio di occhiali progressivi. Ero già in possesso di 2 paia comprati in un negozio di ottica con tanto di prescrizione medica e ovviamente pagati una cifra elevata.... Mi sono lasciata tentare dalla pubblicità vista in un social e non ho esitato a provare ad ordinare. Che dire.... Sorprendente!!! Compilato l'ordine in ogni parte, scelto montatura, lenti e aggiunta la mia prescrizione medica... Tutto ben spiegato nei minimi dettagli. Precisione affidabilità al 100%....Basta inserire tutto corretto (in special modo la corretta prescrizione fatta da un ottico e già in mio possesso) e il risultato è stato ricevere nel giro di 15 gg, un bel paio di occhiali progressivi (non è cosa da poco) leggeri, eleganti ma sopratutto adatti alla mia vista. Sto già ordinando anche per mio marito. Servizio eccellente. Soddisfatta in tutto. Bravi
