I’ve ordered many pairs of glasses and they’ve all been excellent. Recently I ordered a pair and due my own mix up as my prescription hadn’t changed I used an old one so it was rejectedmas it had expired in time, I reordered using the new prescription but made a second mistake so the glasses when arrived weren’t what I needed. I explained to customer service and they were excellent and understood how I’d made my mistake using the reorder and they offered a coupon so I could reorder again at no cost. You absolutely can’t get better service than that.

I think this experience was one of my best experiences I've EVER had with an online purchase ALL THE WAY AROUND! The glasses are a perfect fit, they look great, and the price can't be any better 🥰. It was very easy to see colors and shapes. I used the sizes stamped on older glasses and tried to make sure they added up to about my pd, or just slightly over. I have a wide head... also liked trying them on. That was fun
