I've ordered from Firmoo for 4 years in a row (1-2 pair at a time) and have always been impressed. I received my new order yesterday after about a week and a half since order placement and one pair had a couple scratches on the lens. I immediately put in an exchange request and when I woke up this morning, they had already sent me a code (they have you re-order them but with the coupon it's free unless you opt for faster shipping). I also loved that they don't require you to send the old pair back; they say either keep them for backups or donate to your nearest eyeglass recycling center.

Absolut Spitzenklasse. Ich habe bereits meine zweite Gleitsichtbrille dort bestellt und auch zwei für meinen Mann, eine mit selbsttönendem Glas und wir sind hellauf begeistert. Ich muss aber auch sagen, dass die zweite Brille, die ich bekommen habe, von den Seefeldern her, meiner Meinung nach noch besser gearbeitet ist als die erste und ich bin absolut begeistert, So dass meine teure Brille vom Optiker im Moment nicht zum Einsatz kommt. Und das für den kleinen Preis. Dort werde ich auf jeden Fall noch mehr Brillen bestellen.

Satisfaite de la livraison plus que rapide, j’ai commandé le 21/08/24 (expédié le jour suivant) je devais les recevoir le 08/09/24 et je les ai reçu le 28/08/24. Pas eu de frais de douane pour l’instant mais selon leur politique c’est eux qui prennent les frais en charge

My glasses were a little different in color than was pictured. I got on a chat, and immediately my problem was solved. My glasses fit perfectly and the prescription right on. Be patient, the glasses do take a while to be processed and shipped but worth the wait. There are a lot of online eyeglass companies and because of the great outstanding customer service this will be my favorite.
