I was not pleased with the pattern on the frame. I requested assistance from customer service. They were helpful and understanding. I received a replacement frame and lenses that are perfect. Thank you Firmoo for responding to my concern. I am very happy with my glasses now.

Habe firmoo von einer Freundin empfohlen bekommen, da sie nur Einstärkengläser hat, war ich sehr skeptisch ob Gleitsichtgläser dort genauso gut sind. Aus Neugier habe ich bei firmoo eine Brille bestellt und wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Das Gestell ist sehr leicht und gut verarbeitet und die Gleitsichtgläser sind sogar besser als von meinem Optiker, die Sicht ist klar und ohne Einschränkung. Das war definitiv nicht die letzte Brille die ich dort bestellt habe. Top
