Quick and efficient help.

The glasses I received were perfect! I have a smaller face compared to others and I have a really hard time finding glasses that fit my face and suit my style but Firmoo was finally the perfect place for me! The costumer service was amazing. I had put my order in wrong and they helped me with no problem super fast! The only thing holding back from five stars is that the order took a while to be delivered.

I love my glasses just don’t like the fact that they took like 3 weeks to get here . Other than that I have no problems .

The website is super user friendly! They provide you with so much info to help guide you through how to pick frames. The frame I picked was true it’s picture online in terms of color. My only gripe is that they had an issue with my shipping address, all of which I entered correctly once they asked to verify. I do however, appreciate that Abigail, who was the first customer service rep to reach out and inform me of this issue, was consistently replying and giving me updates. She made sure to see my order through. As for my order, it was shipped the day after I placed it. Took week to finally get an update for tracking once it was in CA. Total time for me to receive my glasses were exactly 2 weeks. They disclose this information as well (processing time + shipping time = total time) so I still made the decision to move forward knowing this. But since the glasses are such great quality; frame made well, lenses done correctly (took them to an optical store to verify rx), and their anti-glare coating top notch. I already have a cart with another 3 pairs I’m ready buy again and definitely referring firmoo to friends and family.

This is a revision of my previous review. I had received a pair of glasses with an obviously very off RX. I tried to return/exchange them but Firmoo's rep said it must be because the glasses were a slightly different size from my previous pair and they would just take some getting used to. They offered to exchange but I'd have to pay for shipping on the new pair plus the previous shipping. I really didn't think that was fair as it was their mistake. They then contacted me and offered to give me a coupon for the full amount of the glasses plus shipping. I asked where to send the defective pair but they asked me to donate them. So I ordered the same pair again and this time they are PERFECT. The vision in these is 100% spot-on, plus the glasses are gorgeous. The only reason I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that I really did have to complain and so on in order to receive an actuall 100% exchange, which I think people should know. This is the one thing I think Firmoo should correct. At least offer to look at the glasses first before deciding the customer must be at fault or else just not "used to" the glasses, etc. Other than that, my previous pair with Firmoo is gorgeous and so is this one, and they have ground these pairs absolutely perfectly...I could not be happier. They have an incredible amount of choices and always carry the latest trends at a very low cost so I would recommend them overall.

Great glasses, loved the pricing. I know I order around holidays however it seemed to still really take a long time to get to me. Still happy with the glassed them selves though.

Really stylish vast variety glasses but little expensive Happy Purchase

Very satisfied with the service they provide. The glasses I received were as described and the preparation time and dispatch were very fast. The customer service support was also great. I would like to suggest to add more frame styles that can accommodate high prescription lenses.
