Firmoo is back in my good graces !! Firmoo issued me a credit for another pair after I asked them to replace a frame of which the screw fell out of the arm ! Thank you firmoo I'm back as a loyal customer and ordered 6 more pair !! Way to go customer service I'm sticking with you !! Also ordered glasses for my husband on express order and they are due next week !

For me its always been that i can afford them. I am probably the worst at taking care of glasses and everytime i lost or broke a pair i always had firmoo to ship out new glasses for me within at least a week or two and unlike me they will last you forever if you take good care or them

Complimenti

I ordered my glasses on the 2nd of October and it was delivered on the 19th. This was quite impressive. I love my glasses, I got exactly what was advertised and I'll never buy frames anywhere else ever again. I'm in South Africa by the way!
