My first order with Firmoo was in September, received the glasses within two weeks. The glasses are good quality however I was not happy with my choice in frame ( my fault). They were kind enough to credit me for another pair🥰, I ordered another pair along with prescribed sunglasses. I love the sunglasses just not happy again with my choice in color for spectacles but I got the frame right this time around😂 In essence firmoo glasses are of great quality and offer value for money. I appreciate their customer service as they made sure that my prescription was correct before processing the order as well as the post sale reach out👌
