I have ordered three pairs from here and the process has always been smooth. It looks like they ship from outside of the states but they still arrive in a timely fashion. The quality of the glasses are great and I like the unique styles and lens choices they offer.

The service was super excellent, I placed an order and it happened that my local courier could not deliver my parcel, Firmoo was always communicating with me and also gave me the alternative options, which I chose to be re-send the order, all this process was smooth and efficient. The order was replaced and I received it within 15 days, with no cost added. I am so happy and satisfied with Firmoo, the quality of frame and lenses is super good. Thank you firmoo for everything.
